International Partner Institutions

The University of Florida College of Engineering and UF EDGE partner with international institutions to make Gator Engineering education available worldwide.

UF EDGE provides online delivery of graduate courses from University of Florida College of Engineering research professors bringing a unique combination of instructional experience and applied research to a worldwide online classroom. Our 30 credit hour non-thesis online Master of Science programs of study enable students open access to a high-quality graduate engineering education without ever traveling to campus.

UF EDGE International works with universities and companies worldwide to fulfill the continuing education needs of international engineering professionals. Partner international universities act as sites for online delivery and access to UF graduate courses and as the testing locations for scheduled proctoring of course exams. Special contracts with these international universities allow for a reduced tuition rate for students in the UF EDGE International program and ensure students the highest quality delivery of course lectures and materials.

UF EDGE International also offers advanced online graduate training and continuing education to international faculty members who want to expand their expertise to develop new curriculum areas at their home institutions. Some UF EDGE International program departments allow approved UF EDGE Master of Science students to continue onto a Ph.D. with additional online coursework and a limited term on-campus University of Florida doctoral research project.
